Location: Worthy Down, Winchester (with occasional requirements in Andover, Middle Wallop, SJM2)

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support operational teams, specifically in a facilities management environment. This role is predominantly based at Worthy Down, Winchester, with occasional travel to other locations including Andover, Middle Wallop, and SJM2. The ideal candidate will have strong Maximo and Excel experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to operational teams, including SWM/OP's Manager and SDAM
Administration of PPMs and management of online portals
Administration of Maximo, including closing jobs, certs, and mitigations
Document control and managing records
Take weekly/monthly meeting minutes and assist with general administrative tasks
Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative duties to support operational activities
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong experience with Maximo and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in document control and administrative tasks in a similar setting
Ability to support and liaise with multiple teams and manage various administrative processes
Must be able to go through the necessary clearance process
Previous experience in facilities management or similar sectors is preferred
