We're looking for a Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager to join a facilities management (FM) team. In this senior role, you will be a trusted advisor to ensure the FM company and the clients they support adhere to all regulatory, legal, and internal standards.
Job Overview
As a senior-level leader, you will act as a trusted advisor, bringing deep subject matter expertise to influence strategic decisions and ensure operational excellence across a diverse and complex estate
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and client-specific requirements.
Support and guide site operations in understanding and implementing regulatory changes.
Analyse risk, investigate incidents, and lead robust root cause analysis.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to embed lessons learned and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
NEBOSH qualified
Proven experience in risk, quality, and compliance within critical facilities management.
IT literate in MS Office and systems management software.
Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple works, end-to-end across a diverse and complex site.
The successful candidate must understand the regulatory landscape, industry knowledge, and the ability to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively.
Ability to review Incident reports and drive quality Root Cause Analysis to ensure Lessons Learned are embedded within the site Operation teams.
Have strong quantitative and technical skills.
