Multiskilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias (L3Z2)
Location: Holmes Road Depot, Holmes Road, London, NW5 3AP
Client: Camden Council
Start Date: 12 May 2025
End Date: 11 June 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
Pay Rate: £27.33 per hour (umbrella)

Resourcing Group is currently recruiting on behalf of Camden Council for a Multiskilled Engineer with a plumbing bias. This temporary position is ideal for a qualified engineer with experience in building maintenance and a strong understanding of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out building repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and installation work

  • Respond to reactive plumbing issues in schools, children's centres, and council properties

  • Work with TMVs, pumps, water systems, and ensure compliance with L8 regulations

  • Use handheld technology to manage tasks

  • Diagnose building faults and deliver effective solutions

  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (including both children and adults barred list)

  • Proven experience in non-domestic or school-based settings

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and legislation

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
