Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30

Camden Council is currently recruiting two Mould Marshalls to join their Housing and Communities team for a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in supporting residents and improving housing conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out mould washes in residential properties

  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with residents, similar to the role of a Resident Liaison Officer

  • Driving a Camden Council vehicle to various locations

  • Supporting general labouring tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence is essential

  • Good communication and customer care skills

  • Experience in mould treatment or general labouring is preferred

  • A reliable and professional attitude when working in occupied homes
