CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is currently recruiting for a Mailroom Operative to join the team at the Nike London Office located in Kings Cross. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that ensures the smooth operation of the site's mailroom and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional mailroom services for all Athletes and Business Units within the Nike office.
Oversee the logistics and movement of business deliveries, ensuring efficient handling and storage.
Manage day-to-day operations of the mailroom and courier services, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking of mail and packages.
Support in the coordination of goods coming in and out of the site.
Implement and monitor service standards to exceed expectations, continuously improving efficiency in mailroom services.
Work with the facilities team to address any obstacles or challenges related to mailroom and logistics operations.
Act as a back-up during team absences and provide support for other locations if needed.
Serve as the superuser for technologies used in mailroom services.
Report on the mailroom and shipping costs, volumes, and other key metrics to the Facility Lead.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of printing and copier stations, ensuring supplies are stocked and any issues are reported promptly.
Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment and reporting any incidents via the CBRE platform.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar mailroom or logistics role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-focused approach.
Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of relevant technologies for mailroom operations.
