We are seeking an FM Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in facilities management support.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle incoming calls and emails, logging maintenance requests efficiently.
✅ Coordinate and schedule planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
✅ Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
✅ Update and maintain CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems.
✅ Track job progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
✅ Assist with general administration and reporting duties as required.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and ensure all queries are handled professionally.
Person Specification:
? Previous experience in a helpdesk, facilities management, or customer service role is advantageous.
? Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using databases/CAFM systems.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
? A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
