Facilities Coordinator - Temporary Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator for a temporary position based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This role requires a strong background in Facilities Management and the ability to travel to the site.
Role Details:
Location: Unit 2, Century Place, Lamberts Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 3EH
Duration: 25/02/2025 - 25/03/2025
Pay Rate: £19.34 per hour (umbrella)
Working Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Covering front of house and reception duties
- Meeting and greeting clients and colleagues
- Managing the reception and helpdesk inbox
- Raising response works on the system
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent service
- Supporting the Regional Facilities Manager as needed
- Assisting with ad-hoc facilities tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in Facilities Management (essential)
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Ability to travel to the site in Tunbridge Wells
Proficiency in helpdesk systems and email management
