Location: Edinburgh.
Salary: £28,000 per annum.

Recruiting for a skilled Duty Engineer to join a leading hospitality team in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and services within a hotel environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including Legionella and Asbestos management.
• Monitor and maintain essential systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool plant equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and effectively manage planned preventative maintenance.
• Utilise CMMS/Electronic FM software to track maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in a hospitality setting, ideally in larger/complex hotels.
• Qualifications: Ideally holding at least 2 of the following:
• IOSH
• Legionella Duty-holder
• Asbestos Duty-holder
• Pool Plant Operator
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with CMMS/Electronic FM software.
• Education/Training: Preferred background in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields.
