Job Advert: Multi-Skilled Electrician - Immediate Start in SW1P 2TX
Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team, based in SW1P 2TX. This is an immediate start role with a competitive PAYE rate of £26.78 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage risks to client equipment on-site, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implement and improve preventative maintenance programs, ensuring assets and equipment are kept in exceptional working condition.
- Perform fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, responding promptly to minimize client impact.
- Carry out regular planned maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC Plant.
- Maintain statutory electrical and environmental records (e.g., lighting, water).
- Accurately complete documentation as per regulations and company requirements.
- Write and follow Risk Assessments, addressing any safety issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the department in Health and Safety practices.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in building maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with mobile devices to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
