Pay Rate: £29.62 per hour (umbrella)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to carry out day-to-day carpentry works in social housing settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaising with tenants and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, preferably in a social housing environment.
• A valid driver's license (maximum 6 points considered).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
