Job Advert: Multi-Skilled Electrician

Location: Walsall, WS5 4PW
Rate of Pay: £24.00 per hour (umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our team. This role involves maintaining building systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks, completing all required records.
• Oversee and inspect work by external contractors (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, landscaping).
• Maintain lighting systems and implement energy management programs to reduce operating costs.
• Review work orders, estimate materials/time, and manage supplies.

Essential Skills:

• BS7671 18th Edition certification.
• Electrical Qualification Level 3.
• Basic plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
• L8 qualification preferred.
