Head of People - Immigration & Justice Sector

Location - London based / hybrid with regular travel to sites.

Salary: £90K (Flexible - Plus 25% bonus, Car Allowance, and other benefits)

We are working with a leading facilities management company who are expanding their Immigration & Justice sector. They're looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of People to lead the people strategy and support ambitious growth plans.

As the Head of People for the Immigration & Justice sector, you will report to the Chief People Officer and have a dotted line to the People Director of the Communities Division. You will partner with the Managing Director of Immigration & Justice to cultivate a transparent, high-performing culture. This is a critical role as we expand our Immigration & Justice sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

Recent experience in a senior HR role within the Immigration and / or Justice sectors is essential. You should have a strong track record in managing and driving HR strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment with comprehensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner. A commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions is essential, as is the ability to provide accurate and timely people insights. Experience in project management and knowledge of TUPE regulations are also required. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with excellent personal organisation skills, are necessary for this role.

Desirable:
A degree and CIPD qualification are desirable. The ability to travel and a clean driving licence are also required.
