A Hard Services Manager is required for a large facilities management organisation base don site in Cumbria. You will be providing a smooth delivery for a range of maintenance services across a Nuclear Site, and will have a range of duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, your responsibilities include optimising reactive and PPM performance against contract KPIs, preparing reports and analysing data to support decision making, proactive management of risks and escalation of complex issues.
As a natural leader and motivator, you will champion and guide a large multidiscipline team, promoting engagement and productivity whilst encouraging upskilling and building positive rapport with your team members.
In the position of Hard Services Operations Manager, it is key that you develop a good working relationship with the client, understanding their needs and communicating effectively to manage expectations in the right way.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading and motivating a large team, preferably within a service industry. Knowledge of CIJC & NAECI working rule agreements is advantageous, along with a Technical/Engineering qualification and relevant experience.
