Resourcing Group have an exciting career opportunity to join the growing provider of Facilities Management Services in the UK. My client is looking for a Customer Care Helpdesk Advisor to join the team located in Deansgate, Manchester.
Role Purpose:
This is a key role as part of the frontline Customer Care shared service team for our network of national and regional business customers. As the first point of contact, you will handle all customer FM related issues raised across our portfolio of sites. The FM Customer Care team plays a central role in supporting our customers and account teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow processes for all facilities management issues reported by customers. This includes logging, allocating, and updating planned and reactive service requests for our FM Operations teams or contractor supply chain. The FM Helpdesk is a core part of the companies FM service delivery model and is available 24/7/365 with day and night shifts to provide continuous support. Your role on the helpdesk is crucial in ensuring that customer FM issues are dealt with effectively, professionally, and promptly. You will interact with both internal and external customers and suppliers to provide a prompt, professional, and efficient FM Helpdesk service. This includes responding to initial phone calls or emails, accurately recording service requests, and escalating problems as needed.

Selection Criteria
Experience of working within the FM or Construction Industry
Educated to GCSE standard with level 4 passes in English and Maths
Track record of working a busy demanding business environment
Experience of dealing with customers
Experienced in the use of CAFM systems (preferably Concept)
Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Proven experience in managing supply chain/contractor performance
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
