Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Swindon

Temporary Ongoing Contract

Start Date: ASAP

£38,000 per annum

One of the leading Facilities Management companies are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract based on commercial retail site on Swindon.

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - 7am - 4pm

Duties:

  • To undertake planned building services preventative maintenance and reactive duties as required to predominantly electrically biased equipment making sure all paperwork / documents are accurately completed within specific timescales across commercial building. (emergency Lighting, fault finding etc)
  • To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks of a basic mechanical / plumbing / Handyman duties.
  • Ensure contractual services are delivered in such a way that it is possible to achieve agreed SLA's and quality targets.
  • To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections e.g. emergency lighting tests, etc.
  • Attend training courses funded for as required for business purposes.

Person Requirements

  • Fully qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer
  • Experience of building and facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills
