Customer Support Coordinator

Working as part of an Energy Management Centre in Govan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a single point of contact for all customers.
- Administrate data entry and system updates.
- Deliver high-quality support, minimising downtime during critical periods.
- Own service tickets from creation to resolution, ensuring timely support.
- Escalate customer concerns appropriately.
- Enhance resolution times for inquiries and service tickets.
- Aid in customer retention.
- Coordinate with FM teams for maintenance issues.
- Manage and report critical alarms from various systems.
Key Areas:
- **Telephone Management:** Handle inbound calls.
- **Communication:** Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction.
- **Ticket Management:** Oversee ticket and queue management.
- **Third Party Management:** Build and manage supplier relationships.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and ticket management.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and working with systems.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
