Resourcing Group is supporting an FM contractor based in Wiltshire. They would like to appoint 2 experienced Administrators to join their team of directly employed, based on a static site, locally.
The company specialise in carrying out a mixture of day to day responsive repairs as well as scheduled PPM works, specifically working camp side, operating on behalf of the MOD and based on a static site.
Role 1:
Administration, ensuring that the calibration and compliance on site is maintained and runs with no issues.
Role 2:
Maintaining the admin with in the secure areas on site which include compliance and planning/scheduling maintenance.
The role is based in Salisbury and is being offered as a secure and safe opportunity for anyone seeking longevity and permanent contract of employment.
This role is available for someone with a full Electrical qualification and experience to join the contractor as soon as possible.
Essential:
- Previous knowledge and experience working with in the FM/Maintenance industry
- An understanding of compliance
- Scheduling/coordination of maintenance works
- Full time site based. There is not hybrid available for this particular role as the FM contractor co-locate their office space with their client and the contract stipulates a presence on site
