Resourcing Group is working with a local Maintenance Contractor who is responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across Cornwall.
Their end clients are predominantly public sector landlords including HAs and LAs, but not exclusively as they also work for education providers too.
Their planned maintenance team manage and over see FRA works, Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishments, disabled adaptations, EWI works, roofing repairs, painting contracts, window and door replacements, to name the main specialisms.
Someone with experience working on a kitchen and bathroom upgrade programme would be very advantageous, however, if you are from a maintenance background in general, specifically with social housing or mod experience, please still apply. The company is very open to the right person fit and transferable skills will be considered.
Duties include:
- Overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously in different locations
- Client management and liaison
- Point of escalation for internal and external queries for both directly employed team members, as well as sub contractors and the tenants/clients alike.
- Personnel management
- Time sheet management
- Budget control, working alongside the QS and commercial team
- Managing KPIs and SLAs
- Regular toolbox talks, technical support and day to day support for your team
