An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced facilities coordinator to work in Motherwell on a long term contract. The job conisists of greeting customers on entry, answering calls, making appointments and filling surveyors diaries.
Essential are:
- First Class Administrative skills
- Excellent Microsoft package knowledge and experience (Word & Excel)
- Quotations/estimating experience. (Receiving quotations, combining into a single client estimate, adding margin, re-wording)
- Client Contact & Liaison
