The Resourcing Group is urgently seeking a skilled Lifecycle Project Manager to join a leading national Facilities Management company on an a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.

Position: Lifecycle Project Manager
Contract Duration: 24 months FTC
Company: Leading Global Facilities Management company

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
  • Healthcare project management experience is essential.
  • Highly desirable: experience working on PFI contracts or projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee major fabric and M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Take ownership of lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
