Our client who is one of the largest FM providers in the UK are currently recruiting for a Adminstrator to join their team on one of their clients sites in Derby , East Midlands.

Role : Administrator

Location: DE24 8BX
Duration : ASAP - 12/31/24
Rate : £11.44 PAYE

Responsibilities:

General office duties (ordering supplies, maintaining records)
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents and reports
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
Prepare responses to routine inquiries

Skills Required:

Strong communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Please note this is a Temp to Perm for the right person.
