Problem:
Genesis needed support to recruit better staff in a fasterand more cost-effective way. Processes were inconsistent,and communication to applicants needed to be improved.
Solution:
- RG worked with them across a range of recruitment projects to help drive this change.
- Initially RP managed a number of high profile recruitment campaigns to support change programmes in multiple Directorates. This included a project to hire fifty staff to complete the creation of an in-house Maintenance function
- Using its strong links within the market, and by helpingUsing its strong links within the market, and by helpingdesign a bespoke recruitment and selection process, RG were able to over-recruit against the original brief and setthe team up, on time and within budget.
- The success of this, and other projects, resulted in thedevelopment of a temporary and permanent managed service solution that has been live for the last eight years.
