We are recruiting for a Blue Chip Tier 1 Main Contractor who have an opening for an Account Director to lead their Highways & Structures contracts in Bristol.

About the role

In this role, you will proactively drive progress against six strategic priorities: delivering sustainable growth, driving operational effectiveness, influencing social impact, embedding out high-performance culture, caring for health, safety and wellbeing and committing to climate action.

This role offers you the unique opportunity to manager a project scope of £30m pa (this portfolio will grow each year) leading up to 90 direct employees.

* Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions tailored to specialist structures.
* Drive real innovation by addressing tangible challenges and creating impactful solutions.
* SMT Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high performance culture within the SMT, promoting accountability, innovation and continuous improvement, providing clear direction and guidance to enable achievement of performance
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the National Highways client, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
