Requirements:
* must be Nottinghamshire based (or within 1 hour to 90 minutes maximum)
* 5-10 years commercial property experience - RICS qualification not essential
* General Property Management experience is the most important attribute
* Local Authority experience useful
* Competent in undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews (albeit relatively low value)
* Possible leasing activity (again relatively low value)
* Valuations (capital and rental)
* Asset Review and Project Management experience.
