Job Title: Plumber

Salary: £36,000 per annum

A great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a long-term maintenance contract covering domestic properties across Aberdeen. This is a permanent role with consistent work, ideal for someone who is self-sufficient and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Main Duties:

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
• Work on both void and occupied homes
• Handle reactive repairs and scheduled PPM tasks
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues as required
• Complete small installations (taps, radiators, pipework, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Use handheld devices to record job updates and completion notes
• Maintain good communication with tenants and internal teams

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own van (essential - mileage reimbursed)
• Proven experience in domestic maintenance, ideally in social housing
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Good customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and professionally
