Job Purpose, Aims and Objectives Working as a mobile Fabric Engineer in the (region to be filled in) carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works.

  • Brick and Block laying

  • Plumbing

  • Plastering

  • Tiling Floors and Walls

  • General Building

  • Carpentry

  • Joinery

  • Labouring

  • Painting and Decorating

  • Lock Fitting / Repairs

  • Door Fitting / Repairs

  • Window and Glass Fitting

  • Groundworks

  • Roofing

Working Relationships: Internal:

  • Interface with employees, Health & Environmental (HS&E) Department, Quality Assurance (QA), Human Resource (HR) Department.

External:

  • Interface with various clients and Subcontractors

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

  • Carrying out multi-skilled discipline job

  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualified

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or construction environment
