Job title: Facilities Manager
Start Date: ASAP
end date: 2-3 months with potential extend or go perm
Pay rate: £50,000 - £55000
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duties: Managing all of the soft /hard services on a commercial office building ensure engineers are completing all maintenance on site and all health /Safety checks completed.
To own the customer experience across regions of ownership
To take overall responsibility for the quality and operational day to day delivery of the FM services within the region of ownership, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Landscaping, Postal Services, Front of House services and 3rd party management, including but not limited to Helpdesk as per contract requirements.
